- Battery is 6,790 mAh versus 5,200 mAh on the Moto G47
- USB-C charging at up to 33 watts, 1,200 charging cycles
- IP64 rating only
- At least 5 years of security updates

Notebookcheck reported on October 19, 2026 that the Motorola Moto G47 Power is a leaked, unreleased mid-range phone. The device is already listed in the EU EPREL database, which states it was placed on the market on October 15, 2026, suggesting an official launch is likely just days away.
According to the EU energy label, the battery grows from 5,200 mAh on the Moto G47 to 6,790 mAh on the Power model, storing around 30 percent more energy. It charges over USB-C at up to 33 watts, and Motorola advertises 1,200 charging cycles before remaining capacity drops below 80 percent.
The phone is only IP64-certified, meaning it is protected against rain but not fully waterproof. Motorola says the device survived 180 drops in internal tests without damage, and it guarantees security updates for at least five years. The battery is officially not user-replaceable, but the repairability rating is B.
No further details about specifications, price or launch date are known yet. For reference, the older Moto G47 has a 6.67-inch 120 Hz IPS panel with 720p+ resolution, a 108 MP main camera, an 8 MP selfie camera and a MediaTek Dimensity 6300, and it hit the market in May at $195 on Amazon.
There is no store price for Egypt, Saudi Arabia or the UAE yet, and the phone is not sold in the region as far as we know. MobiArabia will follow the Moto G47 Power and add local store prices once it arrives officially.
