Tecno officially announced its new Spark 50s 5G in India on October 16, 2026, with sales scheduled to begin on October 20, 2026.
The phone features a 6.78-inch LCD with HD+ 720 x 1576 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 560 nits brightness. It runs Android 16-based HiOS 16 on a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 6nm processor.
Memory options include 6GB or 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 2TB via microSD. The rear camera is a 50MP sensor with f/1.85 aperture and LED flash, while the front camera is 8MP.
The battery is 6,500mAh with 45W wired fast charging. Connectivity includes dual-SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IP64 Pro rating, and MIL-STD-810H certification.
Pricing is set at Rs 19,999 (approximately $225) for 6GB+128GB and Rs 22,999 (approximately $260) for 8GB+128GB. Colors are Burgundy Red and Breeze Blue. Regarding sales channels, reports differ on whether it will be sold via Amazon or offline retail stores, though FoneArena says exclusively offline retail stores in India.
