The upcoming Vivo X500E appears in a Bluetooth SIG listing, hinting at an imminent launch.

Key points
  • Vivo X500E carries model number V2656 and has been certified by Bluetooth SIG.
  • It is expected to go official within around a month of certification.
  • Rumored specs include a 6.59-inch OLED 1.5K display and a Snapdragon 8-series chip.
  • A 7,500mAh battery and a 50-megapixel main camera are also rumored.
  • The X500E may not launch with the X500 trio, set globally for October 27.

Vivo has launched the X500, X500 Pro, and X500 Pro Max in China, with the global market expected to receive them by the end of October 2026. Reports say the global X500 lineup will include more devices, possibly the Vivo X500 FE and X500E, launching later.

According to reports, the Vivo X500E with model number V2656 has been approved by the Bluetooth SIG authority. Devices receiving Bluetooth certification are often expected to go official within around a month, but the listing did not reveal any specifications.

Rumored specs suggest the X500E may feature a 6.59-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution, a Snapdragon 8-series chip, and possibly a 7,500mAh battery. It is also expected to have a camera module in the top-left corner, but with a square design instead of the circular setup on the X500.

The rumored square module is said to house a 50-megapixel 1/1.28-inch main sensor, an ultra-wide sensor, and a Sony IMX8-series periscope telephoto camera. The X500E is unlikely to launch alongside the X500 trio, scheduled globally on October 27, and its launch could be scheduled for next month or before the end of the year.

The report was published by Gizmochina on October 10, 2026, authored by Anvinraj Valiyathara.
