vivo announces Y600i in China

vivo has announced its new Y600i smartphone in the Chinese market. The phone features a 6.87-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1300 nits HBM brightness.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, paired with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB of UFS 2.2.
The Y600i has a 50MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP front camera with f/2.05 aperture. It runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and carries IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
The device packs an 8000mAh battery with 44W fast charging, and vivo promises over 80% battery health after 1500 charging cycles. It measures 169.55×79.2×8.79mm and weighs 229g, available in Baby's Breath, Clear Blue, and Midnight Black colors.
The 6GB + 128GB model is priced at 1699 yuan (approximately USD 253 / Rs. 24,325), while the 6GB + 256GB model costs 1999 yuan (approximately USD 298 / Rs. 28,660). The 256GB model is now on sale in China, and the 128GB model is expected to be available soon.
