Apple officially announced that iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, along with Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and AirPods 5, are now available at Apple Store locations worldwide as of Friday, September 18, 2026.
Customers marked the arrival of the new products, with Apple team members greeting them and offering hands-on demos, personalized shopping assistance, and introductions to each new product.
John Ternus, Deirdre O'Brien, and Greg Joswiak joined the team at Apple Fifth Avenue in New York City to welcome customers.
Customers can shop in person, online at apple.com, or through the Apple Store app. Apple Specialists can help with trading in old devices through Apple Trade In, payment options including financing with Apple Card, annual upgrades with Apple Upgrade, carrier deals, and Personal Setup for new devices.
