Official

iQOO has officially announced the Neo 12 in China with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a 2K display at up to 185Hz, and a 9,000mAh battery.

iQOO officially announced the Neo 12 in China on October 28, 2026. The phone runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC with an Adreno 840 GPU, paired with iQOO's Q3 gaming chip.

It has a 6.83-inch 2K (3200 x 1440) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 185Hz and 2,200 nits full-screen peak brightness. Cooling comes from a 17 x 17mm active fan with three speed settings plus an 8.2K 3D vapor chamber.

The battery is rated at 9,000mAh with 100W fast charging and bypass charging support, up from 7,500mAh on the Neo 11. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 16MP front camera, with rear video recording up to 8K.

Memory options are 12GB or 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM with 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. The phone runs OriginOS 7 based on Android 17 and includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an infrared blaster, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It carries IP68 and IP69 ratings, while the fan-cooled design is rated IPX8 and IPX9.

In China, pricing starts at CNY 4,399 (around $659) for 12GB + 256GB and goes up to CNY 6,499 (around $974) for 16GB + 1TB, which is about CNY 1,800 higher than the Neo 11's CNY 2,599 starting price. The phone is already on sale in China with launch offers. iQOO has not announced plans for other markets, and the Neo 11 never launched in India, so international availability remains uncertain. For Egypt and the Gulf, the Neo 12 is not sold in local stores yet, and MobiArabia will add store prices when it arrives.
