Vivo officially launched the X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max in Europe at an event in Tenerife on October 27, 2026, following their China launch in late September.
The compact X500 Pro has a 6.36-inch display, while the X500 Pro Max has a larger 6.85-inch screen. The standard Vivo X500 is not sold in Europe and has to be imported from China.
The X500 Pro Max comes in three storage versions: 256 GB for €1,599, 512 GB for €1,799, and 1 TB for €2,199, with the 1 TB model sold exclusively through Vivo's official European shop. The X500 Pro with 256 GB costs €1,399.
European models carry 12 GB of RAM even in the 1 TB version, while the 16 GB/1 TB variant must be imported from China. X500 Pro Max buyers get the camera grip free, and X500 Pro buyers get Headphone Studio headphones free, alongside a €120 discount voucher for those who registered and other preorder deals running until November 30.
For buyers in Egypt and the Gulf, neither phone has been announced for local sale yet, and MobiArabia will add store prices once they arrive.
