Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max officially announced
Xiaomi has officially announced the Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max in China with a privacy screen, large batteries, and 200MP cameras.
- Xiaomi 18 Pro: 6.4-inch display, 7000 mAh battery, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6.
- Xiaomi 18 Pro Max: 6.9-inch display, 8500 mAh battery, Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6.
- Triple rear camera: 200MP + 200MP + 50MP on both models.
- Pricing starts at 5999 yuan for the Pro and 6999 yuan for the Pro Max.

Xiaomi has officially announced the Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max in China, with a global launch confirmed for later this year. The company said the Pro models will debut outside China this time.
Both phones feature a 120Hz AMOLED front display and a 120Hz rear secondary display. They include a privacy screen feature that narrows viewing angles when activated, with automatic activation via the front camera or location-based triggers.
The Xiaomi 18 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6, while the Pro Max uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6. The Pro packs a 7000 mAh battery, and the Pro Max has an 8500 mAh battery, both supporting 100W wired charging.
Both models share a triple rear camera setup: a 200MP main camera, a 200MP telephoto camera, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. They run HyperOS 4 out of the box.
Pricing starts at 5999 yuan for the Xiaomi 18 Pro and 6999 yuan for the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. The phones are available for pre-order in China and will go on sale later this week.
