SamMobile reported a first look at the alleged Samsung W27, described as a more premium version of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra. The W27 is expected to be exclusive to China, continuing Samsung's W-series strategy of China-only premium foldable variants.
Tipster Ice Universe shared an image on X claiming to show the Samsung W27. The leaked image shows the device in a blue finish with golden accents, including a gold-finished camera island.
The W27 is expected to succeed the Galaxy W26, which was based on the Galaxy Z Fold 6. No specifications or features for the W27 have been revealed, and it will likely share hardware with the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra.
Samsung has not revealed when it plans to launch the W27. Samsung typically launches W models three to four months after a new Galaxy Z Fold series phone, and since the W26 launched in October, the W27 could arrive soon.
There are no price or availability details for the Samsung W27 in Egypt, Saudi Arabia or the UAE, and it has not been announced for these markets. MobiArabia will add local store prices when it arrives.
